False:

    我把那张画挂在屋子的墙里了。

    Wǒ bǎ nà zhāng huà guà zài wūzǐ de qiáng lǐ le

True:

    我把那张画挂在屋子的墙上了。

    Wǒ bǎ nà zhāng huà guà zài wūzǐ de qiángshàng le.

 

把画挂在墙里，不符合常理。实际上是把那张画挂在墙的表面。应改“里”为“上”。

It is against the common sense to “hang the picture in the wall”. The actual case is “hang the picture on the wall”. So 里 should be used instead of 上.
