zuò rèn hé shì qing dōu bú huì zǒu jí duān ，yě bú huì piān xiàng rèn hé yì fāng ，zhè jiù jiào zuò zhōng yōng zhī dào

One will neither go to one extreme to do anything，nor to the other extreme，which is called doctrine of the mean.
