There is a saying about the hot weather in Major Heat that goes, “There is no gentleman in Minor Heat and Major Heat.” It means that people have to take off their clothes due to the extreme heat without worrying about losing face.

There are many sayings related to Major Heat. One of them is that “If there is a heavy rain in Major Heat, there will be frost for a hundred days.” It means that rainfall is not expected on the day of Major Heat. Another one is that “If it’s not extremely hot in Major Heat, the grains will not ripen.” It means that if there is not enough sunshine in Major Heat, there will not be good harvests in the fall.
